ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR Std. XI (SESSION : 2019-2020)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ONLINE REGISTRATION

1. Applicant and Applicant’s parents (Mother/Father) are required to have a valid personal E-mail ID. In case of unavailability of this, they are required to create a new E-mail ID before applying on-line. Any communication (if needed) will be communicated through Registered Mobile No./E-mail ID/School Notice Board only.
2. Aadhaar/any valid Identity proof number of applicant, father and mother is required to be filled in at the time of registration. If applicant’s Identity proof does not exist, fill “NA” but get ready as it has to be produced at the time of admission.
3. A Passport size photograph of the applicant is required to be uploaded online. Please be ready with a soft copy of the Applicant's photograph not more than 100 KB in size( Only in JPG/JPEG format).
4. The payment mode is through “Online Payment Gateway”. The application fee is Rupees 1050.00 (Rs. One thousand and fifty only).
5. After sucessful payment of Rs. 1050/-, the Online Registration Form has to be filled up. If any problem occurs due to any technical reason(s) then Click on  "SIGN IN" and login by using your Reference ID and Date of Birth to fill the Online Registration Form.
6. After successful payment, if there is any problen in filling in the Online Registration Form then send an email to   Please, Do not make another payment. 
7. The name of the applicant, father and mother’s name, date of birth etc. should be spelt correctly in Capital Letters in the form as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. No corrections will be allowed later on.
8. The applicant has to fill the online Application Form very carefully. During filling the form, if a Data Field is mandatory, it should not be left blank. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
9. After filling up the Online Ragistration Form, Applicants should keep a printout of “System Generated Online Registration Receipt” with them for their record.
10. There will be an “Admission Test on the specified dates“. The dates will be notified through Online Admit card.
    The Online Admit Card will be generated on a specified date.The Admit Card Downloading date(for successfully registered applicants) will be notifed through our Website/SMS/Email/School Notice Board.  Applicant must bring the downloaded Admit Card to be appear in Admission Test.
11. Original Documents to authenticate (proof) the information filled in the form must be ready at the time of admission.
12. No amendment will be entertained later. Application filled more than once for the same child will not be entertained and will lead to disqualification of the candidature.
13. Eligibilty Criteria(Age): As per CBSE Guidelines.
14. Eligibilty Criteria(10th Board Marks):Min. 75% For Science Stream and min 60% for Commerce & Humanities(Arts) Stream
15. D.Y.Patil, Bokaro Steel City offers number of scholarships as follows:
    Merit-cum-Means-Scholarship:
    Eligibility Criteria : First Division through out and income of parents should be below 2 lacs per annum.
    D.Y.PATIL Smiles Back (Vidya Virtti):   Eligibility Criteria :  To clear Admission test of Dy, and Merit-cum  -monetary needs. Preference will be given to BPL Card holdres
16. The applicants from BPL Card holders family are advised not to pay Registration Fee(Rs 1050/-) and send an application with scanned copy of BPL Card to . They will be allowed to sit for the Admission Test.
17. Syllabus: As per CBSE prescribed syllabus given for std. IX & X.
    Subejcts:
    English, Mathematics, Science (For Science Stream)
    English, Mathematics, Social Science (For Commerce Stream)
    English, Social Science(For Arts Stream) 
    40% questions will asked from Std. IX syllabus and 60% from Std. X syllabus.
18. After the Admission test, the applicant will get information regarding process of admission on our website.
19. Registration of the Applicant does not confer the right to admission in the School.
20. Legal jurisdiction shall be within Bokaro Steel City.

2. Last Date for Submission of Online Registration Form                                              :   Till further notice trough our website/School Notice Board.
3. Date of Admission Test                                                                                                          :  Will be notified through Online Admit card.
4.
